I'm Ben, and I run Launchpad AI on my own. That's deliberate. When you hire me, you get me. There's no account manager between us, no junior who's been handed the brief. Every conversation, every audit, every build is mine.

I'm not tied to any platform. n8n, Make, Zapier, custom builds, whatever delivers the best result for your specific business. Tools are means, not the point.

Build with you, not just for you
You'll understand every system I build. Every decision gets explained. Every handover comes with documentation, admin access, workflow exports, and a Loom walkthrough, so the knowledge stays with you.

Honest before helpful
If AI isn't the right solution for what you're facing, I'll tell you. I'm not here to sell automation for its own sake. I'm here to find what's actually costing you time, and fix it.

Background
A bit about me
Launchpad AI is just me, and that's by design. Big consultancies work for big businesses. Solo specialists work for the rest of us: small teams, owner-operators, businesses where the founder is still close enough to operations to feel where time is being lost.
I've spent the last decade building software and automation for businesses across logistics, professional services, e-commerce, and B2B SaaS. The pattern is always the same. Manual work that nobody wants to do, processes that nobody documented, tools that don't talk to each other. AI has changed the economics of fixing all of that, but only if you start with the right problem.
I'm based in Melbourne and work remotely with businesses across Australia. Discovery calls are thirty minutes, free, and you'll know by the end whether we're the right fit for each other.
