The Problem
Strwd was managing customer orders entirely through WhatsApp. With Excel and Notion handling all record keeping, there was no order management system, no customer portal, and no visibility on what had been ordered, invoiced, or delivered. Every order triggered a manual chain of actions — manual invoicing, manual follow-up, manual notifications to the team.
What We Built
A customer-facing order portal connected to eight automations covering the full order lifecycle — from order capture through to invoicing, team notifications, and customer status updates. Customers can place orders directly. The business processes them automatically.
